The client required a full property refurbishment to bring this Kilmarnock property up to serviced accommodation standard - with a tight four-week window to do it. Works completed included a full rewire with NICEIC certification, the addition of a new bathroom utilising previously unused ground floor space - complete with new drainage works - and a full replaster throughout.
