The client required a full property refurbishment to bring this Kilmarnock property up to serviced accommodation standard - with a tight four-week window to do it. Bluerock was brought in to manage the entire process, coordinating multiple trades simultaneously to ensure every element of the project was delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.

Works completed included a full rewire with NICEIC certification, the addition of a new bathroom utilising previously unused ground floor space - complete with new drainage works - and a full replaster throughout. New front, back, and patio doors were installed alongside a partial window upgrade, and the kitchen was replaced in its entirety. Ground floor flooring was fully renewed, flooring repairs were carried out throughout the remainder of the property, and internal door ironmongery was upgraded. The project was completed to full rental compliance, with new smoke detection and all relevant certification in place.
